**Position Overview:**
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of XP Homes, responsible for generating leads, presenting project options to potential buyers, and guiding them through the sales process. You’ll have the opportunity to earn competitive commissions while promoting exciting, in-demand housing solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

* Promote XP Homes’ container and conventional home projects to prospective clients
* Conduct consultations (in person, phone, or virtual) to understand client needs
* Present floorplans, pricing, and financing options
* Manage follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
* Work closely with design and construction teams to ensure client satisfaction
* Represent XP Homes at community events, open houses, and expos

**Requirements:**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-driven and goal-oriented
* Experience in real estate, construction, or high-ticket sales (preferred but not required)
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Basic understanding of residential construction (a plus)
